Moraine Valley athletics has 12 teams that compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association and the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference. If you love playing sports, consider trying out, or if you love watching sports, come out and cheer on the Cyclones at an upcoming game.

Past athletic standouts include Richaun Holmes, who was drafted by the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers in 2015, along with two former baseball players who moved on to Major League Baseball, including Bobby Madritsch (1997-98) who played for the Seattle Mariners starting in 2005 and pitcher Brian Loconsole (2010) who was selected by the Los Angeles Angels in the 20th round of the 2013 MLB draft.

Our men's and women's programs have combined for 44 Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference championships in addition to several conference Player of the Year honorees and players moving on to find success in college.
